Weaving placemats (PDF) Pattern
I am the designer for this pattern and all patterns in my shop.
Project Notes: The warp in the samples were woven using yarn that is no longer available. Suggested substitution yarn is provided in the instructions. The amount of yarn suggested should be enough to weave 4 placemats or 2 long table runners. Included are calculations for using 10 epi EPI as a SETT
Calculations are included.
Fabric Description: Twill weave
Type of loom: 4 shaft floor or table loom
The sample used 4/4 yarn by Production Excess no longer available
Suggested yarn to substitute is Knit Picks Dishi Cone yarn or yarn that is similar from any other company such as
Lily Sugar N Cream
Paton Peach’s and Crème
4 placemats or 2 table runners.
